New system needed?

Hi. 
I have the new Fuji xh2 and working with raw files on my 2015 MacBook Pro became really difficult. 
Looking after the new MacBook Air with m2  but I’m not really convinced that the new system will be so much faster as I read about.

 

does anyone hab experience with 40 mpx raw files on the m2 processor?

  This is not really a Capture One question, but rather a Mac one. But yes, the new M1 or M2 chips are much faster and better than Intel ones at developing RAWs.
