Catalogue hang up

Trying to open catalogues version co20/21/22 in co23.

Using win10, latest update.

Unfortunately the co23 hangs up every time, when I try to open one of the catalogues above. Tried it several times.

I can't get access to any old catalogue!

Has anyone a solution for this problem?

I understood, that many users in the mac-world had the same problem.
