New computer, tethering problems
I've used Capture One for two years with no problems with my Canon 5D Mark iv and Dell XPS. My laptop was stolen in December and I've just now replaced it and downloaded capture one. I connected my camera, Capture One sees it, but will not transfer any images when I press the shutter while tethered. I'm in a new session, camera connected and showing up correctly in the Tether panel, but no images come through. I have already worked through all of the support articles on setting up and starting a new tethered session and made all suggested adjustments. There are no error messages, but when I restarted CO to see if that would help, I did get a message that says "A capture is currently in progress. Do you want to terminate the capture and exit?"
Any ideas? (I'm using a new Dell XPS Plus 13 inch laptop with Windows 11.)
