reaktivieren nach Festplatten Austausch
Ich habe am 10.01.2023 vier neue Festplatten in meinem PC installiert.
Die Festplatte mit Capture One 23 oder höher wurde nicht ausgetauscht.
Der Laufwerksbuchstabe des Datenträgers mit den Bilddateien wurde ebenfalls beibehalten. Nach dem Start von Capture One kam eine Nachricht, dass mein Abonnement abgelaufen ist (ich habe eine unbefristete Lizenz) und ich musste mein Programm neu reaktivieren. Von vormals 2 Aktivierungen mire eine wurde mir abgezogen.
Ich habe dazu keinerlei Erklärung.

You should not have lost an activation. The Capture One app probably sees the computer as a new computer because the hardware has changed. But you can log on to your account at the Capture One website and deactivate the old one. If in doubt about which one is which, you could deactivate both and then reactivate on the new computer. Your maximum number of activations is not a limit on how many times you can activate the app - it's a limit on how many installations can be active at the same time.
