Capture One not recognizing camera consistently on Ventura 13.2/M2 Max MacBook Pro

My Canon 5D mark iv isn't recognized by capture one consistently. It does come up after restarting it 5+ times but not consistent enough for photoshoots. I believe it is just because capture one hasn't been updated for this latest version. Just wanted to voice my issue in hope of a quick fix coming!

  I have the same issue on C1 22 (15.4.3) with macOS Ventura 13.2.1 on a M2 max MacBook: very frustrating having to restart C1 while shooting.
  
  It seems that C1 23 (16.0.2) works better with M2, however for different clients I need to be able to use both C1 22 and 23. 
  
  I was hoping that there would be a new update of C1 22, but that does not seems to be coming.
