I just renewed my annual subscription ($180) but now my Capture One Pro is on trial license. Please help!

I just renewed my annual subscription ($180) but now My Capture One Pro is on trial license. Please help!

This is when I open my Capture One 23

 

and here is the email when i got renewed - saying:
