Hi Ian, I am running Sonoma 14.0 on a Mac M1 with 16gb and the version of Capture one 23 is build 16.2.5.9 Ah I see what may have been the issue! .. files from a new GFX 50SII camera are way slower...

Same here I went from Capture one 21 to 23 and it's so much slower on 23 to the point I feel there's something wrong.
