It works for me when I drag it back to the original folder or if another it asks if you want to move it.See the Deleting Images section in the Organizing Photo section of the user manual.

Go to "Your Pages", Licence Management and then deactivate all previous entry.Then when you start C1 8 again you will be able to enter you licence and reactivate it. And still have an extra activat...
