Double click with the hand tool will alternate between 100 and fit. Right click (hand tool) when zoomed brings up the navigator.

Two options: Use file export (orignals) -> (include settings). This though is a copy of image files to the destination folder.Or, You could use sessions. Having the settings always in the subfolder...
