Seems like it is a Canon issue then because I can do this when using my Fuji X-T3. I save to SDCard and at the same time the pictures goes into my Laptop hardrive.

Same issue here with a Canon Pro100s.Prints stops halfway, same error message.Lightroom is OK, I've also contacted Canon support and they just said to check with my software support.
