What type of photos (RAW/JPEG, what camera, what pixel size)? What version of CO (Express, Pro for Sony, Pro, DB)? What does CO tell you exactly when you try to import?

If you never had an older version, then you shouldn't have purchased an upgrade but the full price version instead.You should ask Phase One either to refund you so you can purchase the correct vers...

Indeed, it makes no sense AFAIK to export to a camera profile (what would you do that for?). You export for the screen or for printing.

Capture One never modifies RAW files.
