I had never tested it, but you're right: it doesn't work as it should.Have you filed a bug report? That's the only way to get it acknowledged by Phase One.

Weird. 9.0.3 works just fine here.What I always do is rename the previous version as "Capture One-old" prior to installing a new version. That way if anything doesn't work right, I can always throw...

Good questions. I'm no law expert and it probably depends on the country. I'm not convinced an EXIF field, which is easy to modify, would be enough proof in court.
