Maybe there's a naming token for that? I'm not at my computer right now so I can't check, sorry. Browse through the list of tokens to see if there's something suitable.

Bokeh is out of focus blur and indeed depends on the aperture value and the distance between the camera, the subject and the background. There's nothing much you can do about it in post production.
