The Styles are located in your User Library/Application Support/Capture One/Styles. From there, with the Finder you can arrange them in the way you prefer. The User Library by default is hidden but...

If you want to do that you can (export the raw file from Lr to CO and get back a Tiff into LR).I was doing that before CO8, now I do not need any more.
