Select the image, go to the “metadata†tool tab, at the bottom you will see all the keywords associated with that image, select and delete the ones you want to remove.

What about cmd click (usual Mac convention)?

Simply download the current version from Capture One Web Site, open the disk image, drag and drop the CO icon into the Application Folder. There is nothing you need to delete.
