I'd suggest dropping us a ticket at [url]support.phasone.com[/url]. Attach that NEF (packed as EIP) to the case so we can see what the issue could be.

The selected recipe's profile will indeed affect the preview unless it's changed. By default, View > Proof Profile is Selected Recipe. You can override this from that menu.

Please create a case via the link in my signature and send us your log files, which you can gather from within Capture One via Scripts > File Packager.
