3. Can't import JPeg's or Tiff images from my desktop.

I just installed Phase One Express. First time working with a desktop tool. When trying to import an image the software does not see any of the jpegs in my computer. It does see the folders though....

3. Need advice on most effective workflow

These are pictures of old paper pictures that I wanted to save in a digital form. I do not want to use too much space on my external drive. Shall I take the pictures in raw.I am a newbie.
