It is the same number if activations for Capture One software standard key, the Mode it runs in has no relevance.

What you've described still sounds permissions related.I'd suggest you create a support case and get us some more details.

Can you clarify what you mean?If you don't have the tool available you can add it again or default the workspace of the software to get it back.
