I've DL and opened up the RAW in C1 and then opened the JPEG in Microsoft Photos - both look the same on my system.

Select the image you want to copy from and the image you want to copy to. Then hold Shift and Alt then click the on the individual Copy Adjustment icon in the Noise Reduction panel.

Windows has a scaling feature, so if you can't see the information easily on a high res display, just up the zoom in the display control panel.
