Go down to the OUTPUT NAMING section and to the right hand side of the "OUTPUT NAMING" title is a small inverted triangle. If you click that you will have an option to reset counters.

Hi Andreas,I know what you mean as Apple Aperture can do this. You can change the "Pick" in a "Stack" for different albums, its a very nice feature. Capture One and Lightroom can't do this.
