Hi Jerome, the main issue was that I had another usb device attached to my computer that was making it so Capture One wouldn’t recognize the camera - as if the camera device slot was already filled...

Issue is SOLVED. I was able to do my own troubleshooting and discovered the problem. I've updated the support ticket.
