Ian is correct. I was given a C1 21 key, I then had to deactivate my old key and re-enter the new C1 21 key into C1 20 for it to continue running.

I am not sure Jean-F, I would suggest that you use the Submit a Request button at the top of the page, maybe Capture One can help you investigate this.
