have you checked that the exported picture is the correct orientation? If the picture is exported correctly from Capture One, then this is more likely to be a Facebook issue and not a Capture One ...

Hello It looks to me that under 'Import To' under subfolder you have the token image name, I suspect that having the token in subfolder was the reason for the creation of all the subfolders.

Could you provide a screen grab? This is unusual behaviour for sure. You may also want to check if your focus worning feature is also off.
