Well clearly there is an issue here, I have the same Mac Pro and see the same problem. Do you have the broken batch rename issue ie first image not renamed?Graham

3. C1 Pro dont save settings in Vista

When you selct the default location, make sure it's outside the program files. Make a new folder in the program data folder and it should be fine.
