Yes exactly, no preview on the rear camera lcd during tethering…This, for me, makes very difficult to shot in this way…

I have the same issue… and also the camera doesn't show the preview image on the back screen… did you notice this?

EOS R no image review during tethering
During tethering the CANON EOS R doesn't display review image on rear screen… frustrating...It's also very very very slow…So no review and too much time for see the image on the screen…No way...

The file transfer is way too slow compared to other cameras with the same (or more) file size…Frustrating...
