    I don't think that it is affecting the OUTPUT image --in that case I would agree that the entire program would be rendered useless-- but if is only on the zoom out view is just an inconvenience but...

    I just went back to C 1 3.7.9 and compared the same RAW image at about same size in C1 4.5 and it does not look better --the one on 3.7.9-- than 4.5I wish I could upload images here for you to see....
