    I just recently got a new desktop with Windows 8.1. Installed C1 8.3 and find that I can't drag and drop items to customize the tool bar. Everything else works fine. Is this a known issue?Thanks,Sam

    When I close C8, I no longer get the option to back up the catalog. Is that normal?Sam
