I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but the "Output Naming" tool (under the "Output" tab) does allow "[Image Name]" as a variable which will include the original name.

Sorry, the options shown vary depending on which Scale is chosen. Using "px/in" gives me pixels during crops, so this doesn't help you. Changing this setting with other scales will display differen...
