Go to Preferences, Commands, Shortcuts and you'll see where you can add several of your own that I don't remember seeing in the original release (at least for the Windows version).

Yes it can, I do it quite frequently as a starting point. Just select all and press Ctrl+F or click the Auto Adjust button. You have to toggle Edit Primary/Edit Selected so editing selected is on.
