One should not have to install a virtual machine to test a program. There must be other ways that C1 can ignor time lines, i.e any output to conversion or to a printer have 'Trial Over' centered on...

Changing the font size in Windows 7 does fix the viewer problem, however with my old eyes everything else is to small. ☹️ Was ready to upgrade but I'll hold off now.
