Lineal response in tethering
Hello!,
When I shoot in tethering mode, what curve do you put?
Would it be appropriate to put a linear response? Does the linear response curve show the reality of the exposure?
Because I have a two-stop variation of the exposure that the camera gives me.-
I don't fully understand your question. I'm not sure that a different curve is needed just because you are tethering. If you like the result of using the linear response curve, you could use it whether you were tethering or not. If you want to use it automatically as you bring in images using tethering, you can set it as the default for your camera, so it will be applied straight away. (That doesn't stop you changing it later for any images you choose, if you decide that some of them would be better using another curve.)
If you want to set it as the default for your camera, you can click the ... in the Base Characteristics tool and choose the item to set the default from the context menu. And if you ever change your mind you can always change it back again.
