Snapshots or history of processing stages
What problem do you see this solving?
There is no ability to go back in the history of processing steps in C1, like in Lightroom. When I am working on an image and I realise I have gone in a direction I don't like, it would be great to have the ability to go back several steps to a look I had a few minutes earlier.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
Trying to use the undo command works for a few steps, but isn't really a solution. Using variants is messy and bloats the catalog. Something like Lightroom's Snapshot function would suffice - even Hasselblad's Phocus software has this. Even better would be an entire list of processing steps like Lightroom to you can go back through your processing history to see if you preferred a look from minutes or hours ago.

I too agree completely with Ben's suggestion.... The Snapshot function (like in Lightroom) would be incredibly useful at all stages of editing. Please put this feature on your priority list.

I strongly agree with the need for a history feature in Capture One for directly accessing previous editing steps. Being able to quickly revert to a specific point in the editing process would greatly enhance workflow efficiency and creative flexibility, similar to what's available in Adobe Lightroom.
