Scale image within a crop

Hi, is there a way to scale and reposition an image within a crop - similar to the function in Lightroom. 

Eg, if want to shift the image on its y or x axis but keep the same crop Lightroom will calculate how to refit the image into the frame. If that makes sense? Can Capture One do that too?
