accessing cap 1 pro

Hi, capture one community, 

I need some help. 

I've paid for capture one pro and downloaded the software but when I open it I can only access the free trial version. when I click the organge "buy now" button in the app it takes me to my account where I can see that the purchase of capture one pro has gone through and device has been activated. I don't know how to cancel the free trial or if I even can. I have 16 days left on the trail, will the software I paid for reveal itself when the 16 days are up?

  You're probably still using the trial code. After purchasing C1, you should have received a new code (you will also find this code in your C1 account), which you must use to unlock the Pro version. If this is the case, first deactivate the trial code in the software, close C1 and enter the new code after restarting.
