Camera won't tether or won't be recognized by Mac Book Pro 14' M2 chip via Capture One Pro 16x

My camera won't connect via USB and not recognized by Capture One Pro 16x. Any suggestions. I tried updating Canon 5d Mark IV firmware to newest 14. and still no luck. New Tethertools USB cable too.Any suggestions would be helpful

    Same here with Nikon Z6 and MBP 14' M2 Pro and C1 Pro version 16.3

    I just finally solved issue. I updated my camera firmware, then did a thorough uninstall of all older Capture One software programs in my System Library and User Library, then installed newer version and everything works well now.
