Missing features in the new version after updating

Hi! I have a question concerning the new update version 16.3 of "Capture One Express Fujifilm" and "Capture One Pro for Desktop" . I somehow have both license and do not know what the difference is between the two. However, I tried to download the new update 16.3 and managed to do so, nevertheless, it is not complete as not all features are available (e.g. AI masking, further tools). Therefore, I wanted to ask whether this upgrade is also part of my license or not. My suscription is the "Capture One Pro on desktop". Thank you for your help and support!

  Thank you for your quick reply! I have checked and indeed, version 16.3 is running on my Windows and I have uninstalled 16.2. However, I don't have the new tools like the AI mask. Do you recommend to install the new version again (which I also already tried) or how should I proceed to get the new tools/features from the new version? Thanks again for your help!

  I managed now! It somehow did not recognize the license first. Looking forward to the new tools, hope that everything will work smoothly! Thanks again for the help!
