Valid license not activating

Motion Software Designworks

Hello I have a valid license till 2024 that isn't activating. I get through to enter your license below. After entering the license I get 'Could not activate because the license code is invalid

    This is a user forum.  No one here can help you with license issues specifically.  Someone may have experienced this in the past and be able to offer suggestions.
