support .jxl JPEG XL export

What problem do you see this solving?
That Capture One does not support JXL. JPG is outdated. 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Every single time I export a photo

No, the only way to do so is using other software from the competition

  for what it's worth, I noticed since version 16.3 that the new, faster previews in the catalog are internally stored as disguised .JXL files. Maybe captureone is already working on supporting jxl export...
