Saved Templates Not Showing On Windows

I have just downloaded the latest trial version and have the following issue on Windows 11

I saved a template but then when I start a new session, the template is not showing in the dropdown box, all that is there is Blank.

I looked in File Explorer to make sure the template is there and it is.

Any suggestions, please
