Macbook Pro M3 Ventura Tether Cable Promlems

I am using macbook pro M3 Ventura version. Canon 5D Mark IV tether cable does not see Capture One and does not detect the machine. I replaced many cables. Please help me urgently, I am a photographer and I cannot do work.
