Problem with duplicate images when importing a catalogue

I'm trying to import one CaptureOne catalogue into another. Both catalogues are referencing images on an external hard drive. Both catalogues point - partially - to the same images. I'm just trying to merge them.

When the first duplicate is detected, I get this message because CaptureOne wants to know how to handle the duplicate. But no matter which option I choose, the import stops immediately.

What's the problem?
