How do I get the data back online in the new storage location?

I moved the Capture One catalog and RAW data storage from "TOSHIBA 4TB HDD 3.5inch" to "A_TOSHIBA 16TB HDD 3.5inch". After that, when I open the catalog in Capture One, all photos are "offline". How do I get the data back online in the new storage location?

【I have tried】
Locate the images
I tried to go online by clicking "Locate", but the app forcefully quit with the error message "Capture One 23 quit unexpectedly".

    When you try Locate, are you trying to locate the drive, or the folder in the drive (the one called CaptureOne_RAW)?

    You should be trying to locate the folder, not the drive.
