Confused About Activation

Permanently deleted user

I've been running C1 16.4.4.24 for a few weeks now (Mac Version). Today when I launched it I get a splash screen that says, "Capture One, Show the World, Let's Get Started'. I click on the 'Let's Get Started' button which takes me to: https://id.captureone.com/ page. I log-in using my credentials. The next page says: "Authentication complete, You may now close this window". The splash screen now says" You are almost there, I click on the button, "Use License Key", I copy/paste my license kay from my "Manage License" page into the activation screen and it tells me that, "This license code is not valid for this version of Capture One". What I'm I doing wrong?

    According to my user page on C1 site it says that I have an active subscription 'All In One - Bundle Yearly' my next charge is not until 11/13/24. So I understand why my license code is no longer working.
