Program Shuts Down During Import

Permanently deleted user

My capture one keeps closing during import and I have space on both PC and Harddrive and i have 16.5.0 verision, is there a work around for this?

    I don't know. But there is a new service release of version 16.5.1 released today. It would be worth downloading that and seeing whether the problem is fixed, as there are a number of bug fixes. (As it's a minor service release, it will be free whatever scheme you are on.)
