Incorrect date and time stamp

How do you deal with incorrect date and time stamp in your raw files? Ideally, the camera clock is always accurate and set to the correct time zone, but sometimes it is necessary to correct for errors. What is a workable way to handle this in a Capture One workflow?

    This is done best outside Capture One with an EXIF editing tool.
