Tethering into an existing folder structure

I got a job for an employee shooting in which each employee is to be photographed individually. There is already a folder structure with one folder for each employee. I would like to tether directly from my 5D II into this structure so that I can sort the photos directly. What is the best way to do this?

  Open or create a session, using Capture Ones Library tool navigate to the folder you'd like to shoot into, right click and select that folder as your capture folder.
