Save and edit color change

I just started to use the basic color correction and when I try to save any work it shows up as the original shot with no corrections. Am I missing something? Need information please.

    Not sure what you mean by "Save" as there's no need to save in Capture One. The image as displayed in Capture One is what is already written to the sidecar file.
    Please export the file to a JPEG, TIFF or other to see the changes in the resulting file.
