what does the error "proxy creation failed" mean

Permanently deleted user

a box pops up the heading is EVENTS.  It gives a date then it says "Proxy Creation Failed"

what does this mean ? Any problems associated with this "error" message ?

    I think it means that it was unable to create a preview. If you click on the error message you may get more information, including the file name of the problem image.
