Capture One Express Fujifilm activation issues
I'm attempting to activate Capture One 20 for my Fuji 50r camera and I'm getting a "Could not query profile" error. I have a valid license code for cap one express fujifilm. I'm also using the correct email address registered with cap one. I've followed the directions I found in the capture one forums with no luck. I'm able to contact the activation server from my browser but not able to ping the server from terminal. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Capture One 20. I have reset my internet connection. I am not using any type of firewall or anti-virus. I've contacted support (Irina) with no help. I've tried activating manually with no luck. I'm a paid user of Capture One 10 perpetual but don't want to shell out more money for 20 when my camera includes support.

I've tried to install and activate Capture One 10 and I'm getting the exact same error. WTF?!

Still dealing with this issue with little help from support. I've tried everything including enabling root user access to install Capture One 20 with no luck. I can access the activation server from my browser but not from within Capture One. I've invested hundreds over the years to license Capture One (not to mention $30k in data backs) and to not be able to use the software when I need to is crazy. I realize Phase One is dealing with the rollout of the Nikon product but leaving a long-time user without a way to process files is very frustrating. I'm able to use manual activation for my Capture One 10 perpetual license. Why can't I use the manual activation for the Fuji product? Can someone please help me?
