    Issue is SOLVED. I was able to do my own troubleshooting and discovered the problem. I've updated the support ticket.

    Hi Jerome, the main issue was that I had another usb device attached to my computer that was making it so Capture One wouldn’t recognize the camera - as if the camera device slot was already filled. My recommendation is removing your USB device (anything that’s plugged in) and this may be your problem. Restart C1 after removing your USB devices. You could also renove one at a time
